Below, you will find the application form along with the necessary information and requirements.

The wholesale application is intended exclusively for licensed health professionals, pharmacies, or supplement retailers who plan to purchase Algonot products for direct resale to patients. This application is not for affiliate marketing programs, sample requests, or personal use. Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved. Wholesale Requirements

Our wholesale rates are exclusively available to drug stores, supplement stores, or health professionals’ offices. To establish a wholesale account, a valid business or health professional’s license is required. We restrict wholesale pricing to businesses or individuals that do not meet the above criteria. Additionally, we require that our wholesale partners refrain from selling Algonot Nutraceutical products on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. However, you may sell our nutraceutical products in physician’s offices, pharmacies, or dietary supplement store (including online). Furthermore, our wholesale partners must use our retail pricing and obtain explicit authorization for any special pricing, free shipping, or discounts.

To retain the 40% wholesale discount, we require a minimum monthly purchase of 12 products or more. You may combine any of our products to meet this minimum. Should your office/store be unable to meet our minimum, we offer a 10% discount on 4 products, a 15% discount on 6 or 8 products, and a 20% discount on orders of 12 or more products. Please be aware that these discounts apply solely to purchases made at our standard retail prices.

Wholesale pricing includes free shipping (within the USA) but does not include expedited shipping. If we need to ship on your behalf to a customer, a shipping charge will be added. Wholesale orders are shipped in the most convenient and cost-appropriate manner. International Wholesale pricing includes a shipping charge.

Once you provide your medical or business license and the wholesale application form (submit either by completing the online form (preferred) on the right or manually by downloading the PDF form, fill and submit it below), we will process your application within 3-5 business days. Our wholesale software enables you to place orders directly via our website at www.algonot.com. Once your account is processed, we will send you login credentials and details on how to place your first order.
